Contains 70% Magnesium 'oil' (I use magnesium chloride instead of the cheaper but less effective and unsafe magnesium hexahydrate) combined with natural organic coconut oil & cocoa butter, vitamin E and the anti-itch herbs of Lavender, Plantain & Nettle. Refreshing, cooling and soothing as well as reducing hard skin on the feet.Can help with sleep as it nourishes your nervous system. Also important for the absorption of Vitamin D and Calcium (in a trio).

The way I recommend to apply it is to put up to a teaspoon (5g) of cream on your feet at night, especially in areas of thin skin, such as between your toes, and rub in until absorbed. Feet are full of nerve endings, thereby transporting the magnesium to your nervous system directly. Kinder than tablets, which can upset your stomach so you loose the benefits.
